- The user needs to complete their profile to 100% for a seamless experience with Inboxlogy.
- To complete the profile setup, click on Options, then select "Profile Settings".
- Profile Details:
First Name & Last Name: These fields are prefilled but can be edited if needed.
Email Address: This field is fixed and cannot be edited.
Phone Number: Enter your phone number with the correct country code.
Job Title: Add your job title (optional if not mandatory).
Preferred Support Method: Select how you would like to receive support – WhatsApp or Slack.
Referral Code: Enter a valid referral code (if you have one).
Save Changes: Once updated, click Save Changes to confirm.
Working hours:
- Select time zone: Choose the time zone you operate in.
- Start time: Select the time when you begin your working day.
End time: Select the time when you finish your working day.
Company Details:
- Company name: Enter your full, legal business name.
- Company website: Provide the URL of your company's official website.
- Company address line 1 & 2: Enter your street address. Use Line 2 for apartment/suite numbers if necessary.
- City, State, Zip Code: Input the location details of your registered company address.
- Country: Select the country where your company is registered from the dropdown menu.
- Tax id (Optional): Enter your company's Tax ID only if required for billing or compliance.
Save Changes: Once updated, click Save Changes to confirm.
- Billing Details:
- Billing email address: This is the email address where all invoices, receipts, and payment notifications will be sent.
- "Add an email address": Click the button to add an email address. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the email address you want to use for billing.
Save Changes: Once updated, click Save Changes to confirm.
- Profile completeness:
- Profile completeness: This indicator shows how much of your necessary profile information has been provided.
- Add Personal details: Status check for the Profile Details section.
- Add Company details: Status check for the Company Details section.
- Add Billing details: Status check for the Billing Details section.
- Once all details are filled in, you can create an order.
