- To begin a new order, click on the "Orders" icon.
- Click on "New Order".
- Choose the option that best fits your needs:
Order Type 1: Hassle-Free Email Setup (Automatic order)
- Use this if: You need to purchase new domain names and want Inboxlogy to handle the entire email setup process automatically.
- Features:
- Purchase domains in bulk.
- Set up professional Google Workspace & Microsoft Outlook emails.
- DNS and user creation are managed by Inboxlogy.

Click Create An Order Automatically and select the required Email Service Provider.

Step 1:
- Enter the Type the full, formal name of the organization.
- In the "Search Domain" input bar, enter the desired name or keyword for the domain you wish to register or use and hit search. (Ref. video below)
- Select the desired domains and click "Next" to continue.

Step 2:
- In the General Information section, enter the domain where you want to forward any emails sent to the accounts you are setting up.
- Enter a recovery email address to be used for account recovery.
- In the section Enter the details for email sending tool..., choose one of the following options:
- Delegate Access: Select this option if you plan to provide delegated access to a setup team.
- Share Login Credentials: Select this option if you prefer to share the direct login details.
- Enter the URL of the email service login page & required login credentials.

Add email account:
- Click the option to add emails for one of your selected domains.

Select the number of email accounts you want to create for this domain (from 1 to 5 users).
- Enter the First name, Last name, Email prefix & the password.
- We can also upload the image (max 100kb).
- Click CONFIRM to save the new email account(s).
- Once all fields are complete and accounts are confirmed, the system is ready to proceed to Step 3: Review Order.

Step 3:
- The Billed today shows the description, period, quantity, unit price, and total prorated amount for the current month.
- The charges listed under the Payment schedule section are the recurring charges for the upcoming months tiill the accounts are active.
- The summary box shows the total amount to pay to place the order.
- Click the Promo code dropdown/field and enter available code to apply a discount.
- Click the Proceed to checkout → button to finalize the order and enter payment details.
Order Type 2: Subscribe emails for existing Domains (Manual order)
- Use this if: You already own a domain name and want to manually set up professional email for it.
- Features:
- Builds on domains you already own (compatible with any registrar).
- Set up professional Google Workspace & Microsoft Outlook emails.
- Click Create An Order Manually and select the required Email Service Provider.

Step 1:
- Enter the Type the full, formal name of the organization.
- Click the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button to get the template.
- Populate the downloaded template with the list of domains you wish to add. Save the file in CSV, XLSX, or XLS format.
- Under the Import CSV section, click to browse your completed domain list file.
- Check the Selected Domains section on the right to confirm that all domains from your file have been successfully processed and added.
- Click "Next" to continue.

Step 2:

Order type 3: Highly Customizable Bulk Subscription Setup (Bulk order)
- Use this if: You already own multiple domain names across different ESPs and registrars with varying recovery and setup details. You can set up emails for all of them at once — fully customizable to your preferences.
- Features:
- Bulk setup supports domains across different ESPs & registrars.
- Configure unique recovery and setup details per domain.
- Fully customizable setup for each domain and user.
- Click Create An Order In Bulk.

Step 1:
- Click the DOWNLOAD XLSX TEMPLATE button located on the bottom right side.
- Populate the downloaded template with the complete email account details for every domain.
- Click Choose file to select the completed Excel file from your local drive.
- After the upload, examine the Sample Spreadsheet Preview table for any error messages in the Status column (e.g., "Email Field not correct").
- Once the data is uploaded and successfully validated, the system is ready to proceed to Step 2: Review order.
