Subscription Management

Subscription Management ensures uninterrupted services by keeping billing details up to date and provides users with control over their subscription status.

• To update the card details and manage the subscription, navigate to the settings tab, then select billing details.

• Click Edit, then enter your profile password to securely access and update the settings.

• To update your card details, click the Change Card button. You will be redirected to the payment provider’s secure gateway, where you can update your card information.
  Note: For PayPal users, card updates must be managed directly within the PayPal application.

• To cancel the subscription, click the trash bin icon next to the subscription details. This action will cancel the subscription.
  Note: Please ensure that all active email accounts are cancelled before cancelling the subscription.

• Click Save Changes to apply and save the updated details.
