Dashboard

• To get a high-level summary of your account, click the Dashboard option from the sidebar.

  

• Stats Cards:
  • Orders: Shows the total number of processed orders in the system.
  • Email accounts: Shows the total number of active email accounts (across all providers) being managed.
  • New & Open Tickets: Displays the number of open support requests that require attention.
  • Invoices: Shows the total number of pending invoices.
  • Next bill: Shows the upcoming monthly invoice amount.
• Email accounts: Detailed breakdown of email accounts by provider: Google Workspace and Microsoft. You can view active accounts, Pending renewal, or Cancelled Accounts.
• Orders statistics: A visual and numerical breakdown of all active orders by their current status (e.g., Payment Pending, Setup in Progress, Delivered).
• Last orders: A list of your most recent orders, and the current Status.
• Billing: This graph visually represents your billing history over a period, allowing you to quickly see spending trends.
• See all invoices: Click this link to be redirected to the full list of invoices for detailed review.
• Last tickets: This panel shows the status of your recent support tickets.
